Walton moves for Georgia with its Made in Bangladesh Television
Walton has achieved another milestone in its quest to become one of the top brands in the world. This time, the export of Walton television under its own brand Loge has started in the market of Eastern European country Georgia. The company, the top TV exporter of Bangladesh, expects to accelerate the expansion of Walton's brand business in the markets of the neighboring countries of Armenia and Azerbaijan by starting TV exports to Georgia.
Samin Yasser, market in charge of Walton Global Business Division (JBD) in charge in Georgia, said that this year, one of the most famous electronics product marketing companies in Georgia has been appointed as a distributor of Walton brand TV. They received the first shipment of Walton TV from Bangladesh last June. Walton TV display and sales activities are being conducted in major shopping malls in various cities of Georgia. Besides, Walton TV's online sales promotion is also running on some of the country's popular e-commerce sites. Walton TV is receiving good response from consumers in Georgia. So the second shipment of Walton TV is being sent to the country very soon.
Said Al Imran, vice-president of Walton JBD in charge of Europe, said that since 2019, Walton has started exporting TV to the European market. Along with OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) in the developed world of Europe, Walton has been achieving great success in expanding its TV export business under its own brand logo. Currently, TVs with 'Made in Bangladesh' tag are being exported to around 16 countries in Western and Central Europe including Germany, Denmark, Ireland, Poland, Greece, Spain, Croatia, Italy, Romania. This time, Walton TV's brand business has been expanded in the Eastern European country of Georgia. Through this, he is hopeful that the expansion of Walton's brand business in Eastern European countries including Armenia and Azerbaijan will be accelerated.
Engineer Mostafa Nahid Hossain, Chief Business Officer of Walton TV, said that the largest Walton TV manufacturing plant in Bangladesh has a multilayer QC (quality control) system. Has strong research and development (R&I) team. They are making the latest technology LED and smart TV in European standard in keeping with the developed world. Therefore, Walton TV made in Bangladesh is winning the trust and hearts of buyers from the developed world including Europe in a very short period of time.
He said that Walton is working on the mission of reaching the list of the top 5 television manufacturers in the world. Besides, by 2023, they are moving ahead with the plan to expand Walton TV's export trade in all the countries of the 5 continental regions.
According to sources, Walton is exporting 'Made in Bangladesh' TVs to more than 35 countries, through hundreds of business partners. Almost 95 percent of Walton TV's total exports go to developed countries in Europe.
